Nova Scotia wins it's first ever GOLD and BRONZE medals in wrestling at the Canada Summer Games!!!!

Congratulations to Riley Otto (MAWC) of Sackville in winning the Gold Medal in the 85kg weight class at the 2009 Canada Games in PEI. Riley went undefeated, defeating the toughest under 18 opponents in Canada: 1st match - Alberta; 2nd match - Nfld&Lab; 3rd match - Ontario; 4th match - Quebec; Semi Final - Saskatchewan and Finals - British Columbia. Congratulations to Jillian Mosher (MAWC) of Gaetz Brook in winning the Bronze medal in the under 90kg weigh class at the 2009 Canada Games in PEI. Jillian lost a tough semi-final match to Saskatchewan (3-1), but came back to defeat Ontario for the Bronze medal. For further details click here.
